May 25th, 2016 · 3 Comments · 3-års Maidenserien, Amateur/aprentice handicap, HKH Prinsesse Benediktes Ærespræmie, Jockey Club Cup (L), Klampenborg, Photo

This first race of the day was originally won by Sunday Pearl and Carlos Lopez (red/white), but unfortunately Carlos weighed back with 500 grams too little so they’re disqualified and the win went to Jacob Johansen and Sessan also seen here

In the Six Fourlong Handicap Karma did strike back as Niels Petersen trained colt called Karmastrikesback won with Per-Anders Gråberg on board before Jacob Johansen and Land’s End

It ended up with a double for Niels Petersen & Gråberg here as the next race a 3 year old Maiden race was won by Queen B and the same owner as Karmastrikesback: 360 North Horse Racing AB. They won before Oliver Wilson and Fighter Carlras

The we reached Jockey Club Cup and it ended up with a 3rd. win for Per-Anders Gråberg on board the Flemming Velin owned and trained Guerre (USA) before Carlos Lopez and Probably (IRE) and Dina Danekilde and Berling (IRE)

The Amateur Race is also called HRH Princess Benedikte Cup on this day and ended up being a victory for two Swedish horses from the same Trainer. This has happend before for the same trainer, and her horses obviously loves Klampenborg’s turf. Here seen on the way to the finishing line Alicia In My Dream (SWE) and Nathalie Johnsson and Magic Intenzo (SWE) and Yasmine Nilsson. The winner was Magic Intenzo (SWE)

A very happy Sandra Larsen, with the President of Danish Racing Club Nick Elsass and HRH Princess Benedikte looking on

Her Royal Highness put her glamour on several races and I was lucky enough to get two nice portraits of her – and one is seen here

The 7th. race of the day was a Cup that was won by Full Indy (ARG) with Nelson De Sousa in the irons. Full Indy is trained by Catarina Østlund and is owned by Kørolen Racing. He won before Fredrik Janetzky and Dawn Raid (SWE) and Nicolaj Stott and Royal Lane. Here it is from the left Full Indy, Royal Lane and Dawn Raid

I don’t have any photos from the last race, as I left early. But I hope you like the ones seen here.
